Do you need to sell your current home first,etc?
To begin the search I can set up an automated search at my boker, Brio Realty As a result of the search, which is based on your criteria, you will receive via email notifications of new listings. I can also set up a more sophisticated search on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS). The MLS notifies me in “real time” of new listings. When we have found a promising home we will visit it together. Often, I will preview it. I will make the necessary calls to arrange a showing.
