Kirkland Place Condominium is dog friendly - to a point (on the scale)
You know the expression Caveat Emptor - Buyer Beware. If you are intend on becoming a condo owner you better add Cave Canem to your list of warnings. “Beware of the Dog” is what's written in many a condo association's CC&Rs - Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions.
